By using OFFLINE, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. OFFLINE is a platform for real-world exploration and memory sharing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OFFLINE. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Community Conduct

OFFLINE is a space for real moments. We prohibit:

• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech. Illegal or harmful content. Spamming or automated scraping.

3. Content Rights

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on public areas of the map, you grant OFFLINE a license to display and distribute that content within the platform services.

4. Waitlist & Founder Status

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Founder status is granted at the sole discretion of the OFFLINE team.
